Le Cerf - Reservar uma mesa

At least 10 years old without being back in this beautiful gourmet bas-Rhinoise table. Yeah, it's a place that deserves an excellent rating. Even if I concede the need for small adjustments...I specify my words: map and menu, a plurality of very beautiful dishes. which demonstrate the dynamism found of the place...Côté vin, beautiful spontaneously proposed agreements including a pretty floral aperitif...The dishes of the menu pleasure are to be recommended and without it having a tasting menu, there is research, refinement in flavors and aesthetics. no false note during the tasting...I remain more on a mixed feeling about the general atmosphere: a careless welcome; a service where smiles and personalization of the relationship are heterogeneous. It remains an excellent place ... just like the hotel whose reputation is no longer to be made.

We ate with another couple in this restaurant. Unfortunately the weather did not allow us to eat on the beautiful terrace. but inside, we had a beautiful round table well spaced. the dinner (season menu) was extraordinary. the dishes are beautifully presented, original and very tasteful. And it must be said very light. because few fats or heavy sauces. the holy stone in the zucchini flower is simply guessed. We had a very nice evening. Moreover, wines are really affordable. we love the wines of the south of the france, a bottle of "la clape" in white at 35€ is really reasonable!

We tested the deer with the inferior formula of Alsace stars,75€ all included (with apéro,vins,café,eau), valid in week at lunch. Nice room well air conditioned, welcome and service efficient but missing a bit of class.Classical menu, good served but without any surprises or gustative discovery...Classical selection in short, a little boldness than devil!No comparison with other places visites of same category offering the same formula (Lembach,Sessenheim or wantzenau in others)

Have dinner at the deer, it was fantastic. the accuracy of cooking, flavours, a refined taste. have taken wine with glass, and especially an excellent muscat. mouthsashimi soft lotte vegetables with ginger and yusu scent, roasted wild turbot, potato stuffed with munster, raspberry millefeuille and cherries with a green lemon ice cream. Have had a very good time.

We have lunch at the deer a noon, a table of 7 people. It was just exceptional! the accuracy of the cooking, the originality of the dishes, a refined taste, a true shared pleasure! a great bravo to the teams and the Husser family
