Be careful at the front desk. Their service staff are scammers one after another. When I first arrived at the hotel, a receptionist told me that the parking fee was 50 cents per hour. The next day I stopped at the door and asked the receptionist again. He told me that it would cost 30 Swiss francs to park overnight. When I told him about the parking fee on the first day, he told me that parking for 11 hours on the first day would cost 22 euros (note that they told me on the first day It’s 50 cents an hour). Finally, I asked him if there was any free parking nearby. He told me that there was only a McDonald’s nearby that had free parking and it would have to leave at 8 o’clock tomorrow morning. People like us who live in Europe don’t know about McDonald’s. Are all parking spaces free? I was not familiar with the place, so I parked in their hotel for two nights and charged me nearly 50 francs. There was free parking directly opposite and next door to their hotel. The next day was a legal holiday and you could park for free on the road. The damn fat man never mentioned it, use this money to buy you a coffin, you won't live much longer at your weight, and your originally happy journey was ruined by you, a liar!

Unfortunately at each arrival the hotel takes the identity card then the credit card and finally tries to have a paper signed granting the right to be charged on the credit card which the hotel will deem fit to do without any recourse . It is possible to refuse to sign this paper because of course it is an abuse on the part of the hotel. Maybe one day they will change their policy? Until then, every time after being threatened that they will not agree to give me the room reserved online if I do not sign the paper, I must point out to them that their provision is simply illegal and that they can cancel my room but it is therefore up to them to inform the online reservation sites that they refuse entry to customers who do not accept automatic debits from their cards... There, as if by chance, this unblocks the situation. In short, really good rooms, just a lousy policy. (and do not agree to sign the papers handed to you if they are unacceptable, nor the illegal pressure tactics).

Great hotel located just outside Geneva airport.. cozy rooms, great staff and positive vibe!! Breakfast spread is quite good! We stayed for a night and became a fan of the hotel.. from outside it looks like a run down property, however the rooms and lobby is fantastic.. Will definitely recommend

Very good treatment, a very nice hotel, and very comfortable if you are going to use the airport next door. The small details you find when you arrive at the room are appreciated.
