Le Cap Horn - Reservar uma mesa

A lovely setting and very easy right off the ferry. The salads we had were actually pretty good but the salad that came with jambon cru had one medium-sized slice on top which was a bit measly. The ice cream scoops were also extremely small. For what you got, and salads costing €13-15 it was clear you were paying for the setting. Given there was actually plenty of choice if you look a bit further once off the ferry, although the meal was reasonable, I would try somewhere else.

We took the ferry, which was a pleasant ten minute ride. On the other side we had lunch at Le Cap Horn. As per usual at lunch we shared entree and dessert. Terrine salmon/faux fillet and this time Breton far (we had some in breakfast), a light cake with a few dates in the base.Recommended

We popped across to the beautiful l'Ile aux Moines for a day trip, on a vedette.The menu at this popular restaurant looked appealing.We both opted for the Plats du Jour which was an excellent - fish terrine followed by fish with a sauce. Service was friendly and efficient.

We normally visit this area by boat in the summer but every time we are given a great welcome. while we rarely have a main meal here we enjoy the friendly atmosphere and will continue to come again.

All is in the title! With hungry kids, hoping off the boat, just the right restaurant at the right moment. We were lucky to get the last table on the terrace, most were indeed booked in advance!
