We found the dish and I still have the taste in the mouth. the meat of aubrac is tender and taste to make us forget the meat we eat in the big cities. the reception, and the frame has nothing to envy to the big tables and the value ratio has seduced us. We'll come back there someday, that's right.

It was not our first aligot/saucisse in aubrac but it was particularly good and the chef talks with pleasure about the quality of his products and his manufacture. and as we were welcomed with warmth and simplicity in a pleasant natural setting, we will return without hesitation.

Very good table, adorable team, it only lacks the cashier, the paved is very good, but....good fruit pie. Don't forget the nut wine.
