a great place!!!, a great gastronomic internship!, we have learned to make spinach of ravioli ricotta, accompanied by a chutney of peppered tomato, gamba preceded with pastis and a spurma of spicy carrot, and finish a delicious cream of mascarpone with its almond crumble. everything realized by our attention of good taste around a beautiful table, accompanied by a good wine. a very informative moment, a rich knowledge, and a very friendly committee! a big thank you again to the key leader, as well as to the thomas who welcomed us with great warmth and warmth.
