restaurant decoration is a bit generic, although the chairs are quite comfortable and the wooden table boards are riveted. the staff is energetic, efficient and we were in less than an hour and half an hour in dinner. that seemed not to be rushing, only a higher and more youthful energy level than we have normally experienced in France. the menu is somewhat limited, but all our courses, appetizers, nets and desserts were of high quality. this was the crossing of several wine regions, the selection was very good. the hotel has a gourmet restaurant that we will try at another night. the bistro offers a good value and an innate atmosphere. they know what they do and it shows.

the restaurant is charming, the very nice staff and the service is very fast. dishes are very good, well balanced flavors, vegetables and meat are of quality. One without fault from beginning to end, thank you.
