We were very impressed by the outdoor seating area,after just arriving to the resort.However our first dining experience was spoiled by child food taking over an hour to be served.As well on the day two we were asked to leave the place ,as it is not a train station to wait.this comment was made by the owner of the place. Actually the person who runs the business would never ever say this to his customers especially when you have a kid with you .Was truly disappointing.Was very rude comment.We chose next door bar instead for the rest of the week ,and we notice a few others did same.What a unpleasant man ,hopefully someone will teach him better .

Having really enjoyed this place for years, I was disappointed to find the bar shutting early due to no customers. There were 11 of us at 9.30pm, when the door said it shuts at 11pm (we know it goes on longer). However the bar person said he was going home early as he had no customers since 8pm. Well, we were customers, but he said he was closing anyway (despite there being people in the bar still). His loss! (or rather the guy that owns the bar). Go to Monica's instead and let the bar person have a longer holiday...

This is our second year in Plagne Soleil and the bar staff remembered us from last year. Incredibly friendly bar perfect for après ski straight off the slopes or for a chilled evening out. In the central square near the shops, great location. If we return for a third time, we will absolutely come here again!

We arrived in La Plagne and were instantly made feel welcome. The food was delicious, definitely get the rump steak and Nico especially made sure we were taken care of for drinks and atmosphere. 100% will be back and can’t wait for our next visit!

Often stopped here after skiing. Great spot to relax with a drink or two or three!! Very friendly staff. Nice log fire.
