L'Baraque a Frites

We spotted this place whilst feeling quite hungry and driving through the sleepy town of Chalons, as a lover of Belgian frituurs, this one caught my eye straight away. Don't get me wrong, I like a nice chippy but this one can't just call itself Belgian because it has a Belgian owner. It's a snack bar with a decent chip fryer but not a Belgian frituurtje as I know it. Still the staff were very friendly and the food was very tasty. The chips were very crunchy and tasty. The kebab meat and chicken were served in crusty french bread which isn't what we're used to in England but was rather tasty. Overall I really enjoyed this meal and it was relatively cheap so we left happily with a filled stomach. Mercy beaucoup.

When you queue up to the outside it is often good sign.3 American and a great drink 23€ c honorable especially that you treat fries are excellent to do without hesitation.

24 years here in Las Vegas and Macayo is still my go to spot for 'American style' Mexican food.
