Inside we had a mixture of mushrooms ( picked by the chef, please) and prepared with a wine sauce. .jaune (the famous wine of the jura) dish, veal scalopes, and conte potatoes (local cheese). the team of Bretons from the Armor coast on the big 8 warmly thanked him for his welcome and especially eric and his team. we spent 3 days with our horses on the trails indicated by eric and finished in beauty with a meal at the hostel and its tasty mortiflette.
