Visit on Sunday 05 September 2021 at night. To say everything, this is the first time I leave a negative opinion. Because I prefer to encourage good traders through my comments, and not necessarily harm the activity of those I found average. But in this case, it's not the average, it's pathetic. On the holiday road, a Sunday evening of September, only 5 restaurants open at 8:15 pm, and no one has room. At this address, we therefore ask until when the service is insured, because we were not in a hurry. We are told that the service is maintained until 9:00. So we're at 9:00 in the restaurant, 10 minutes before anyone can welcome us. We settled, and we are back to see us 5 minutes later to tell us that the service is over!!! And of course, we can't have dinner! And at that time, in Puy en Velay on Sunday night, only Mac Donald remains. Good. All this seems normal to them, except when I say loudly that I will not leave a bad comment on Google. And then, finally, the boss intervenes (or a staff member, whatever), telling me that it is not a solution and even less correct, and that it would be smarter to discuss. That's what I offered to the first person we had to do. Finally, we are told that 3 people are in sick stops, that he's been working for 4 months without a holiday, and that even if they told us to come back at 9am, it's finally out of date and do our business. For our part, our last holiday dates from October 2019 (or 2 years), I and my partner are on our account, and when I tell a customer that I go on vacation on Saturday, and that he wishes to meet me this day at 3:00, I reject my vacation. And don't give him an appointment and when he comes to the office, mentions him by phone that I left on vacation!!! In conclusion, my first negative comment, and I strongly advise, without even having been able to discover the kitchen (and read the other comments, it is not a bad one).

Right. Well located, at the foot of the cathedral. Several affordable options. Too bad there's no truffle. A hearty and pretty good dish. Quick and efficient staff. Only flat, coffee, nothing to do with an espresso, sink!

Truffade that has nothing of a Truffade... salad without dressing sauce. Little copyy dish for real eaters. Bad value for money.
