A real bistro like me, with regulars at the counter that welcome you as warmly as the team in place. The level of cuisine, seduced by the Mayonnaise house, and changes everything for hard eggs; a maximum prepared on site probably everything, from bread, wine, salt and pepper etc. for pineapple... and the cook listens and tests suggestions. Therefore, customers who are accustomed to their home and therefore welcome you because the kitchen is also a little theirs;
