cheese lovers, we decided to discover the restaurant of this cheese factory. very smiling welcome, we had the choice between several formulas: cheese tasting with very well seasoned crudities, or plate of duck charcuterie and pata nègra or gnocchis home! we have been well advised in wines (choice in the whole wine cellar)Dessert: speciality house the fountain with its jam aie aie aie we have learned full of things and we have feasted!

in an industrial area of union, the workshop shop of the renowned betty fromager. at noon a few tables in the middle of the shop allow the sybarites to enjoy themselves. on the menu of exceptional cheese slates or charcuterie and the chef's day dish a delight of simplicity and taste. depending on the days of the week you have to book. Careful, we eat on small tables and stools.

who knows betty toulouse cheese or saint jean comes from Greenland! I also love their hams and their cellar. outside of the patanegra that costs an arm they have a delicate and much cheaper ham. I love their terrace in Saint Jean from the beautiful days when you can have lunch in the sun.
