L'Arcelle - Reservar uma mesa

I've been a regular visitor to Val Cenis and this restaurant since 1999 and have never been disappointed. The menu is just what you need after a day's skiing and contains of a good selection of traditional Savoyard dishes as well as classic pasta and pizza dishes. This a family run restaurant and there is always a warm welcome for regular customers from the father, son and wife team. The restaurant is small and traditionally decorated with a warm atmosphere from the mix of mainly French and British diners. Tips: Always book - you won't get in without! Speak in French if you can - it's appreciated (but the menu does include an English translation). Try the L'Arcelle salad as a starter - it's a huge plate full with pieces of cheese, ham, boiled egg and apple!

I went there for dinner with my sister. We fancied some pasta so she went for lassagne and I had some spagetti with salmon. Both were very delitious. We had a great service. The staff was attentive, friendly and spoke English by surprise. We highly recommend it. Would definitely be back.

I've been coming to Val Cenis for 15 years and this is a stable favourite. The food at L'Arcelle is really pretty good and the menu is really very extensive. However book well in advance - it gets booked out quickly and the staff can be quite abrupt if you just walk in.

Stopped here for lunch while mountain biking on the mountain above. Two of us had very nice salads and one had a very good spaghetti carbonara. The service was excellent and the facilities very clean and well maintained

Excellent menu, great quality food and awesome service. When in the village this is our first stop for dinner. We prebook on facebook.
