L'Ange Couronne

Absolutely positive surprise, both thanks to great food and friendly service. We ended up in this restaurant totally by accident and we enjoyed it a lot. My husband and I had fricassée d'escargots (snails) for a started and it was delicious. For a main course I had fillet de bar grille and he had local specialty, chicken in creamy sauce, all was absolutely perfect. Fully recommended!

We both had the 3 course menu, 2 glasses of wine and a soft drink. (total €70) What a surprise was the meal. Such good quality and cooking. French cooking like we always want to have. A very enjoyable meal and evening on the terras. The woman who served us clearly enjoyed her job and had a great sense of humor. We will be back!!

On Wednesday all the restaurant in Beaujolais were closed. But I found a restaurant in a small hotel in Belleville that came out to the perfect choice. The service was very good and the steak was far more better than those I had eaten at Cote d'Azur. I enjoyed my steak and winer, so I told the hostess.

.Lovely Madam, tasty food, very reasonably priced, eat in nice restaurant or on terrace, good wine choice as well as v affordable options.
