Incredible people. We had to cancel our reservation for a prepared menu (Versucherle) on the same evening for very personal reasons. We are aware that something like this is really not ideal for the restaurant, but nothing could be done about that. My wife, in a state of emergency, was massively harassed on the phone and forced to give reasons for our cancellation instead of our cancellation being politely accepted (like normal people) and possibly pointing out that you still have to issue an invoice. As if these people have a right to interfere in our most private affairs. Simply hanging up the phone would have been the best choice from that point on, but my wife wanted to resolve the situation for the better. The only result was that the man on the phone kept harassing her. She then specified a corona disease and first let herself be persuaded that we somehow had to come anyway or find a replacement ourselves!?!? In a second call to announce our definitive rejection, we had Ms. Pils herself on the line. This was no less unbearable and persistent and made my wife cry. I had to pick up the phone. Ultimately, out of desperation, we gave the real reason and our address, and I told her openly and honestly what I thought of her. We don't know why we had to do this to ourselves. At first we didn't receive an invoice. We misunderstood that as subsequent decency and a sense of shame. But now we have received the full bill by e mail (apparently they simply misunderstood the address on the phone and are now accusing us of giving the wrong address) not just the preparation costs, as it should actually be. It is now finally clear what kind of people we are dealing with. We will certainly never set foot in this store. Service: 1

We have the 60 here. Birthday of my dear brother-in-law celebrated! It was excellent! The entire organization, the food, the drinks, the services and the whole lovingly decorated ambience leave this evening unforgettable. Also the rooms and breakfast were top. I can only recommend it!
