we were here for the 2nd time and were able to look forward to the great, friendly service again. eating was very good. the nüsslisalat as an appetizer properly fresh and crisp and very beautifully dressed. the meat of the "trois filets" in the pfännli again butterfly and of excellent faint. also the blackcordonbleu appenzellerart was super fine. were still half raw during the last visit, they had the ideal bite strength and the basler läckerli tiramisu an excellent finish. what you could improve would be lighting. the lamps seem to us somewhat bright, a warmer and more subtle light would lift the mood.

the local is very nice and welcoming, the service very speditiw and friendly - the chefin has a watch eye on everything. my appetizer salad gourmet was a nüsslisalat with hirschmöckli -- to the main dish I took the wild boar chordonbleu -- everything was best, in high quality and very plentiful -- the price/performance ratio is absolutely ok. I'll be happy to come back.

beautiful location with a view of the Baldeggersee.The menu is very diverse and you will find something for every taste. many seasonal wild dishes are also available. last time I had a drink. large and beautifully prepared portion, the reh was a bit tough.

I came by accident. had great hunger. ordered the daymenue. stein Pilz suppe, lukewarm peperoni salat and calbleber with rösti and sweet. tasted very good and what beautifully dressed. all this for fr. 18.90. I was served very nicely by ketty.

fantastic place. the tarttar as an appetizer was good. the horse-trecote evocative. kulinar not important only the hope counts
