The welcome is very nice. the decor is sober and clean. The furniture is very refined. service is perfect despite a little waiting between the dishes. In fact, we quickly understand that we are immersed in a breathtaking culinary journey that will take two hours. We start with the bulot, celery, parmesan, lemon and then we cook with the red tuna with aromats, then the dorade and lemon tartare, then the sardines with tomatoes and olives, then the lobster, cream of artichoke lemon sauce; then the fermière poultry, shallot and buckwheat (I have never eaten so tender and as moëllous poultry), then the raspberry and to finish the amarito and tonka peaches. Be eight dishes or eight wonders as well cooked together as others with a lot of inventions. It's absolutely divine. I congratulate the leader for his creativity and his genius.I absolutely recommend.
