Because of the cursed Covid, it took years to keep the promise of returning to ambrosia but an Asian saying the beef is slow but the earth is patient, so it is now done. In the first evening of the restaurant reopening, we were filled with the quality of the new map proposed by the Sebastian chef and that of the service run by valery his wife. All dishes of the menu/map to euros are delicious with in particular the gambas in entry, the holy stone and lamb in flat and the strawberry/biscuit lemon in dessert.Also let's mention that the room, terrace and parking were redesigned for the greatest comfort of the customers. In the night at Domaine de Joucla, Sébastien brought us our menus. A real treat of taste buds. Fresh products worked with passion and a taste worthy of the 5 stars attributed. We will soon go to his restaurant. I highly recommend. Thanks to him and his team.
