L'Alpage du Porrez

It was disappointing. Our first table was given away and then we almost hijacked another free table so as not to lose it! The waiter was unhappy and took all the skill of our resident Megevan to placate him. He never really warmed up and a great deal of the food was unanavailable. This is unusual and it is one of our very favourite restaurants and one of my favourite runs in Jaillet. This poor experience won't put is off going again. The outdoor BBQ is where some great food is produced.

After waiting for 25 minutes at our reserved by phone table with NO attention whatsoever from the - obviously - mediocre THREE waiters in the outside not even full deck, we decided to leave. Avoid this place.

I was so pleasantly surprised with the food and service here The location was convenient and away from the tourist trap pricey places in town.
