We were in Sisteron for one night and checked out Tripadvisor for the best restaurant in town and never was this so deserved. Bit off the beaten track, but only a few minutes walk from the centre. Place was fairly empty when we arrived, but not to worry, it was packed an hour later. The staff were very friendly, and service was quick. We had the cote de boeuf which was superb. Wife had some canneloni-like pasta which was also very tasty. We're definitely going to return here, the sooner the better, and I honestly couldn't recommend this highly enough

The place is open only until 2:30 p.m. We arrived especially at 2 p.m. to be on time. They didn't wanted to take our order, even us being with 3 small kids. The staff was very unfriendly, telling us to speak only in French (it seems very arrogant and poor people skills), that we should have arrived in time, and that they are coming from 6 a.m. and if they would take every order until 2:30 p.m. they wouldn't have time to rest. Worst service and empathy ever.

Laughable that this is meant to be the best restaurant in Sisteron. The service is appalling, shameful really, don' think the waiter smiled once! The food was something else the salad seemed to be a mix of all leftovers and for the burger, not really sure if it was real meat and drenched in cheese. This restaurant is definitely one to miss!

This is a family owned business with the husband, wife and daughter involved. We did not have a lunch reservation, but they had a nice outdoor seating area. When we have a chance to go back we will definitely make a reservation to enjoy the river view from their dining room.

The interior looks nice, the view is great, the service was friendly. The food was not exceptional, but really good.
