La Table en Brulhois

This small restaurant (located between Donzac and Caudecoste) is a revelation. Quality of food and value for money are amazing. 4 courses including wine for €25. Don't be put off by the modern, glass fronted, supermarket style building; what's inside is what it's all about.Isabelle and her team are welcoming and friendly hosts, and they provide excellent fare to incredibly high standards for the price.Good quality French food (duck, prawns, steaks, lamb, foie gras etc) cooked in lovely sauces with salads/potatoes as appropriate, and no holding back on quantity (8 prawns for example)Cheese board, with at least 10 cheeses, left at the table to select from (we were trusted not to empty the platter )!.We ate there twice while staying in the area, and, after experiencing questionable service and high prices at other restaurants in the area, now wish we'd visited Isabelle's more often.

We visited with friends from Berniol Dunes . A warm friendly atmosphere with excellent service. The set menu was good and excellent value for money. Would certainly call back when we visit Dunes again !
