native of reims, I have to say that it is really difficult to really eat well in this city. too much pretention in all these restaurants, without real quality and often with a service that leaves to be desired...or then with a very salty addition...But now it's the heart blow. simple cuisine without cracks, you feel the passion of the chef: a perfect cooking of whole vegetables in the plate, authentic tastes with the surprising touch necessary. meat is of quality, well worked. The frog thighs were perfect, the knife tartare also (maybe a little too much of this delicious sauce is it..), the poultry supreme and its whole vegetables perfectly mastered on this thai broth so good. It's the kitchen I love. the one I aspire to find more often!!! the wine map is rich, relevant and the staff know how to inform you about it (not often the case even in the city of champagne). Finally, the price quality ratio is more than reasonable: €6.50 the glass of wine (well filled) and dishes from €13.50 to €30 for more worked dishes. cherry on the cake: welcome, service. smiles and kindness mixed at discretion. I spend several times a day in front of this restaurant and believe me I intend to stop there more often!
