Okay, now I have something to say. first, I'm Italian. I know how the Italian kitchen is anyway. I arrived and the waiter came very fast. I asked for a pizza, but with real mozzarella cheese, no imitation. "Excuse me, we only use pizza cheese." I decided not to take pizza and asked for a carbonara made without a sawn (the original Carbonara did not see, saw). no problem, we can do it, but it costs 11,50 € instead of 8. we use original ingredients that are more expensive. after a few minutes my court arrives (a lot too fast, a carbonara to be made right, needs approx. 10-15 minutes). it was just terrible. the noodles were boiled and cooked in water without enough salt, the pancetta worked, instead of slightly crispy outside and inside soft, at all no taste of pecorino cheese (which is easy to find in Germany). but I still tried to eat it. no way. Two forks and I called, asked about the bill and went away. I have not tried anything else, because if they can't prepare carbonara properly, it's better to change the name of their restaurants and remove all hints to the Italian cuisine

the owners seem to be struggling to an unconnected wise. seems to like they like Italian restaurants, but actually do not understand what a great restaurant is. it is a cold and impersonal place where we were friendly, but with an art service here is your witness. the pasta was perfect "al-dente". Too bad that the rest of the experience is a typical German restaurant where eating is something you have to have instead of having fun. there have been a few years, so they had a lot of time to form.

I really liked this place. I had more than a few dishes at this place, but lasagne meeting was the best I ever had. it was a little different prepared than in other restaurants, but it was homemade, it was obviously an old Italian recipe. the portion was really small. but if they take two pieces, it will be more than enough. Other eating is also great. for example pasta in forno. really good eating. but lasagne was breathtaking.

directly at the shopping street in the heart of the city ulm. very good price for very good food. the real Italian witness. I will go back there when I am back in ulm

was with the family there and had nice ice the service was nice and friendly the choice of ice is huge and the quality is good?
