An atypical and authentic place. Super pleasant and welcoming boss that offers a map with fresh and constantly evolving products. We eat very well, especially the famous Troyes andouillette but here cooked in a broth of white wine, which I have never eaten elsewhere. If you're in Troyes, go to the preflight.

super warm welcome! the dishes are well supplied and the ingredients of quality. The mellow chick has a wish, the white butter sauce just lemoned as you need. Very good!

Very good establishment with excellent traditional French cuisine developed with fresh products. The rillettes and calf blanquette were excellent and very digested.
