La Palmera Restaurant Bar

Cannot fault this place one bit. The location is brilliant with a lovely view of the beach whilst you sit on the terrace. The menu is varied, our favourite offering being the mussels and chicken croquettas. The children also enjoyed their meals, which came with an ice cream for dessert and were much bigger than we your average children’s meals (the second time we went we ordered one meal between them as they are just toddlers and we didn’t want to waste food). The drinks are reasonably priced too and the staff are friendly and helpful. If we travel back to the area again this will be the first place we head to.

I think La Palmera has the most exciting menu of l'Estartit restaurants, and they change their specialty menu every so often. One week, I had lobster with salad for only €21, and I know they had other specialities as well. My favorite of theirs is the grilled artichokes with grilled scallops, absolutely delicious. Most of their menu choices are original, which makes the pleasure of eating there even bigger.

My family and I over the previous five years have experienced eating in Estartit at just about every restaurant but La Palmera always proves to be the very best, the food is always superb and served quickly , the staff are always so attentive and friendly and the cleanliness is extremely high! It is a lovely family run restaurant with good ambiance and highly recommend a visit. CL White.

Really good service and lovely beautifully cooked food. Had the set menu and found it was really good value for quality of food offered. Good service with no long waits for the food quite the opposite. Would definitely return if in the town again, as staying further down the coast

We go regulary to this restaurant when we visit Estartit. Excellent food and very nice staff and owners. Highly recommend.
