If you come here, be ready to spend 1hour to wait for you to even be greeted. I rarely give business low starts because I understand the pressure They usually under. I been coming here for years, since I was in high school To order birthday cakes. I love their dulce de leche cakes and they are so adorable. They also cook food and I see them get very busy during breakfast time. The bakery have this very narrow walk way that customers can walk in and order. But the problem is that that's also where they wait. You can easily get forgotten to the point that they don't even greet you. You have to bumrush yourself to the front window just to get notice. I came here and order a strawberry shortcake for Mother's Day a week in advance, ready to be picked up by 12pm on a Sunday, when I got there I still had to wait a hour just to be seen. There's always 2 ladies working the front, cooking and taking orders. I understand it gets busy And it's only 2 people but if you see customers getting frustrated at what point do you come up with a solution for a better outcome ? Maybe have a designated person, who is in charge of taking orders only. IDK... something I give them one start because the food and cakes are very good it's just the service that they obviously refuse to fix
