La Mensa Pizzeria Artisanale

I wanted pizza, I was wandering in the car looking for a good pizzeria on a Monday evening and suddenly I saw artisanal pizza in a window...5 people in the dining room. 8 p.m. it smells like a neighborhood pizzeria. Bingo is exactly that! First contact, the waitress brings me the menu quickly and informs me of the absence of speck so be careful with the dishes made with it and warns me that the crumble takes 30 minutes. I order and while waiting for my pizza I read the reviews.....well I can tell you that all the positive reviews are verified. I would add a late 70s musical atmosphere with the Clash or a related group, then Jazz piano, all on an organic bobeme background and simple conversations. Transition found, I order an organic lemoncello to finish, perfect served chilled at 6 temperature. I enjoyed the food, the atmosphere and the service. THANKS
