La Marmita - Reservar uma mesa

I booked this restaurant on a wet day heading back to my job in Essex by train… I thought that looks pretty good… Good doesn’t do La Marmita justice Nick is a superb host and Simon an amazing chef. I could have eaten anything on the Menu, Nick said have the Tapas, so I did. I chose 3 but was given 4… Tomato risotto sublime and well cooked with two mini grissini… A cod fish cake superb… Roast pork, pancetta, black pudding and small cake of tasty stuffing with a delicate jus, it just gets better… Fish and chips with a pea sauce and Serrano ham have no words. I couldn’t not have tha trio of desserts… An espresso martini… amazing Sticky toffee pudding divine Crème brûlée usually my last choice of as another sublime. Fantastic evening and unexpected company cannot rate highly enough.

If you go go for one meal while you’re here, it’s this place! The food is next level amazing with two life long friends taking a life experience of high end London establishments to make this gorgeous little corner of Spain their own.. It’s a lovely warm welcome and a vibe that will blow your mind with food and service alike! The delightful little side street (they take it inside in the rare occasion the weather takes one inside) offers everything you want from a quintessential Spanish experience, the host and chef are a ninja duo in a beautiful and culinary service experience. We were blown away x

Had to come back again yet another fantastic evening. The food is amazing also the service, Simon never fails to deliver with the fantastic tapas he produces Nick is so attentive this attention to detail makes for a great evening. Thanks guys we will definitely be back next time we’re in town also recommend to our friends family who visit

Great food, great service. Been visiting the boys for years and always have amazing food here. Shared the tapas main, really couldn't choose a favourite. Sadly no room for tapas dessert on this occasion but booked in again in a couple of weeks, will fast the day before to make some space! Thanks boys, see you again soon

Absolutely superb From the moment you walk in you are made to feel welcome .. The food is simply divine. This is the best tapas we have ever eaten in Spain … if your in the area it’s a must go to restaurant.
