La Grotta Di Marcello

We chose La Grotta for a very special day: our Mom's 100th birthday party. We could not have been happier! Marcello and staff were attentive, efficient, warm, and hospitable. They supported all of our little festivities during the meal. They they treated us so, so well it was a joy! ...and speaking of the meal, the food was excellent and the portions plentiful. The choices were varied and the quality was top notch. I am from out of town, but any time I visit my Mom in Little Neck, I will have a new ritual: dinner at La Grotta. Buon Appetito!

How do I add more than 5 stars? The owner, the servers, the customers and the ambience were totally amazing. First, I was told, “You need to feel at home! : ” Everyone in the building was so happy and friendly. After our meal, the owner asked if we wanted dessert. We said no thanks because our food was filled and delicious. He said, “Yes, you do, tiramisu on the house.” Thank you, I will be back with more friends 100/10

I recently discovered this restaurant and in a short time it has become a favorite. The food is excellent, the atmosphere beautiful and Marcello is a wonderful host. We had a party there recently and the guests were all over the food (the fish was delicious! . I am so glad that I found this place and would like to return soon.

This place is fantastic. Our waiter was the second to none (and spoke 7 (? languages)! The food was great. From salad, to pasta, to the extremely tasteful seabass, I would recommend this authentic Italian decor to everyone who has good quality food and a quiet, relaxing environment.

I took my husband for lunch there today, the appetizers and meal was excellent. The attention is great! This is my 4 visit and I always leave impressed by the attention I received. Today we celebrated my husband's birthday with another friend her first time.
