La Food Marketa

I've eaten at fm often. the service of ron was very good, my dinner companions enjoyed the tuna pot bowl (I have it before and it is great,) empanadas and tostadas. Unfortunately, my short rib-saltado, who is one of my favorites, and something I have often eaten, was oversalted, not to the point of being that was not pleasant. please tell the kitchen that they do not have such a heavy hand with the salt.

we enjoyed our meal very much. on Saturday for lunch and waiting for our food was quite long. we noticed only 3 cooks, probably not enough for the number of people in the restaurant. but our server was great, and eating was good.
