"This is a tiny bistro next to Carlo Crisci’s two Michelin star restaurant Le Cerf. Very tasteful decor, excellent food as it comes from the same chef as the main restaurant, but the menu and wine list are very short. However if you don’t find...your choice of food, they are quite flexible to propose another dish. Excellent and very friendly service. A place for lunch or dinner as I don’t know any other and certainly worth visiting. Excellent value for money."

This restaurant only has seven tables and is part of the main restaurant Le Cerf owned by Carlo Crisci in the same building his signature restaurant The food is very good although our waitress was somewhat sour-faced and contributed very little to the...enjoyment of our meal and we had to wait too long for our main courses to be served. What was surprising is that there is a set menu which is usually not known in advance as one usually needs to book some considerable time beforehand to get a table there. Quite honestly when the menu was presented there was really nothing on it which I would normally have ordered. However the meal was most enjoyable and the prices are fair so it was not an issue however in future we would rather eat in the main restaurant so that there is a decent selection of dishes available. Somehow guests need to know in advance what is on the menu that day or else there should be or options available for each course.!! Definitely worth a visit but be aware of the limited choice at Fleur de Sel..

This restaurant has two level both are excellent. Le Cerf La Fleur de Sel. Both restauants are in the same building, share the same staff, kitchen but the menu is different. We were reserved for La Fleur de Sel, but due to electrical...problems in the dinning room, we were moved into the main room at Le Cerf. The staff we very professional, made no fuss and treated us to an exceptional evening. we had two choices for entree, main course, dessert/cheese. The meals we all had were excellent both in quality, presentation and quantity. the staff are very knowledgable about the cuisine, were the produce is sourced locally and also for the wines, many locally produced. A great very memorable evening was had by all.

We had a wonderful lunch here. We had the full Voyage en Terre Inconnue tasting menu which basically contained dishes from the à la carte menu at the chef's choice. It is a great opportunity to taste as many dishes as possible at a very...decent price. The pigeon was the highlight of the meal: prepared wonderfully, very well balanced, soft flavours and perfect texture. The same applies to the foie gras: perfectly seasoned and melting in the mouth. Although we had to wait quite a bit for the cheese cart, all in all, service was superb and very attentive, the chef also doing rounds chatting with the guests a nice touch, especially during a lunch service.

On a mid-week night we ate well in La Fleur de Sel. The service in this bistro was excellent which compensated for the rather austere athmosphere and decoration. The meal was very tasty, starting with the amuse-bouche and finishing with a minute portion of dessert....The meat in the main dish could have been of a higher quality. All in all a pleasant evening was had by both of us. Beware... There is no special parking for this restaurant. The management kindly took our car and parked some small distance away.
