I am so thrilled I have tested this new place to eat. The furniture is very simple, so is the decoration. But the point is what is in your plate. I chose the "menu carte blanche" so it was very nice to get surprised once the dishes came on table. The entrée was very elegant, full of flavors (raw salmon.) The cod was very well cooked. The main dish was a little bit disappointing (poultry with a mashed potatoes over salted with truffle without flavor).I told it to the nice staff and the chef offered us a second dessert. After the successful chocolate (choco crumble with white coffee ice cream), we could try the lemon pie : the curd was tasty and creamy : the perfect balance between the sugar and the acidity. Congratulations to the chef. I would like to thank waitress and the sommelier, because they did not push us to spend more in wine, their advice was fair, and I appreciate that.
