having the desire to eat at the restaurant this noon, alone, I turned to a small restaurant that I had good returns, the chamade. Good news for me, this one opens early, at 11:30. perfect being accustomed to eating before noon. So I took advantage of it to eat calmly. The restaurant room is a relatively small but large room to accommodate more than 20 people. the room is rustic but comfortable and I enjoyed it being discreet. It's a very pleasant place to eat there alone as well as together. I was very happy with the welcome. I arrived and I was directly installed. being alone, I was able to choose my place. I went to the bottom of the room, to the right, to be quiet. After what I was able to pass my order. I chose the menu at 14€. as much tell you that I was pleasantly surprised by the price, cheap, despite a map offering a quality choice. So I started with a potato salad with beef language (see photo.) the presentation of the plate was largely up to what I could see in more expensive restaurants. Moreover, this was a copycat and especially delicious. potatoes were melting, as was the tongue of beef, tender and melting in the mouth. After that, I opted for the calf blanquette. The meat was rosé just what was needed, filandrous and tender to wish. a perfect cooking that was accompanied by a rice and some carrots. A treat for taste buds. I finished the meal with a sweet and light chocolate terrine. ideal when we had a good meal before. What else can I say if it's that I've had a very good time in this restaurant. I strongly invite you to discover it. This one is located in a small street not necessarily frequented but you must not hesitate to look on the internet before and to look for it because it is worth it! and of course, special mention for the housekeeping, the high quality of the kitchen and the products as well as for the bread, fresh of the day, probably bought in one of the bakery of the city. You're rare today.
