La Boutique - Reservar uma mesa

We literally stumbled across this location on a Sunday when all shops were open, and madness was all around us. As soon as we walked into the courtyard it felt like entering an island of tranquillity. The design of the little cafe/ bar is exquisite,...the coffee is yummy, and we had a nice chat with the guy who explained the story about the coffee beans. Chocolate cake was to die for, same for the little apple tart. Then I bought a bottle of Champagne from Charles Lafitte Rosé Brut that is now chilled and waiting for the next celebration. Absolutely no idea why people always find something to complain about instead of cherishing the difference? I found this place extremely nice, welcoming and different in a good way. And what is wrong when an expert gives you information and advice about their products? Nothing! It only shows that they care about the products they sell, that they love doing their job, and that they have time to talk to customers. Nice concept, I will definitely be back

We were taken here with friends, we met the owner who talked eloquently about the wines he had. After finding out what he thought I would like to drink he offered me a sample taste of wine, I did not like it so he offered...me something else. The bill was high, was it for his knowledge of the wine, or the fact he is in the city centre? I will not be going there again

Cool owner who advised us on wine, coffee and cocktails and kept us entertained with his knowledge on this and that. Impressive selection of wines and spirits. The owner has his own brand of excellent coffee - definitely worth trying. Go there.

Great wine bar and small snacks. Excellent coffee and wine. Very knowledgeable bar tender about all products
