La Bergerie - Reservar uma mesa

We were just staying overnight in Pau and wanted to find moderately priced local faire. This little café restaurant had local crowd in and us. The food very very basic home traditional cooking. Starters are salad with goats cheese or blue cheese or gisiers. I asked for vegetarian salad and got lettuce and tomato which was fine, my partner had gisiers which was perfect portion for starter. Then we had duck leg and chips and a lamb chops and chips. Duck just cooked in oven and fell off the bone. Three lamb chops medium rare both fine, chips home made and deep fried, but over greasy but fine.

Close your eyes. Welcome to a warm place and by the friendly and very friendly manager, not far from the castle. Simple, effective and particularly copier plates. The flavoured trout of duck and lamb delight, A little more we have been brought back even before we ask for a small bowl of water for the whole, when we know that restaurants do not accept far any dog even on the terrace. Thank you very much.

I have one thing to say, go ahead without waiting!! They're adorable, from the boss to the waitress. Few care for their customers and care they enjoy!! Being a vegetarian, as well as my mother, we were delighted and we were very happy! The restaurateurs love what they do, we feel it and the portions are generous.

I went to celebrate my brother’s birthday. The food and service was great as it usually is. The lamb was cooked perfectly, the burgers were excellent. In my view, it is the best restaurant in Pau.

Stopped in for lunch. Had the Le Berg . Very good and very filling. Service was good. I would reccomend.
