I have never experienced such unprofessionality before.We arrived an hour after check-in beginning, got the room key and had to realize that the room had not yet been cleansed up. At our notice we were told that we had been too early. We were assigned a spare room that was just as dirty up to a made bed: hair on the bed, dust on the shelves and a dirty, dusty floor. After the next complaint, our original room would now be cleaned for us. The staff was unfriendly and nobody wanted to take responsibility. After the cleaning, only the bed was made, neither dust was wiped, nor aired or even wet wiped.The fact that we had died the room after that made us surprise...

The hotel is in the years, but still nice and cozy: for a weekend completely sufficient and free of charge!
