Good option for bubble tea in Rockville. Bubbles taste fresh. Parking can be spicy, but they confirm for a nearby lot. Her pineapple of green tea refreshes on a hot day with small pineapple pieces in the drink. Like management, they are a little victim of their own success, as the counter is often busy and there is little space to form a line so that people push forward. You could alleviate some of this problem with a second ticket list, especially as they currently use a minimal counterspace tablet option. As another reviewer mentions, I also find automated tip requests that are aimed at an inefficient counterservice annoying.

The location is beautiful when you live in the area and you can go because there are not many parking spaces available. I enjoyed my Lychee lunch. It wasn't too sweet and I like the added fruit. Some of the other drinks were super sweet like the mango with mango jelly.

Everything I have here tastes great. The staff is quick and friendly. The selection at Kung Fu tea is unique and fun to try, but is limited. I've tried to adapt the tastes of tea and they can't put it.

Great spot! Order takeout here time to time, the tea is always good! Love the seasonal flavors they’ve introduced, but wish they’d venture a little further and try pumpkin spice!

I had the Mango Green Tea 'Punch' with tapioca beads and mango popping bubbles. It's a great place. Probably enjoyed the drink and the atmosphere. 5/5
