Kissing Pigs - Reservar uma mesa

We were intrigued by this restaurant's peculiar name, just a few meters from where our yacht was tied at the Porto Vecchio marina. The place was full and we were lucky to find a place, probably because it was still relatively early for dinner by Corsican standards. 19:15). We were a part of three and opted for a large plate of different salamis, sausages, and cured ham. It was indeed a generous portion. The next dish was a warm salad covered with sizzling bacon. A delicasy. It was obvious that in this place, in a town noted for its fish and seafood no one heard anything about it. Meat and more meat in every shape or form of preparation. A few bottles of good local beer washed all the above down and we walked back to our yacht a bit heavy but happy. Service throughout was attentive and prices were moderate. Recommended.

I love the name. Very cute restaurant in an excellent location with views of the yachts. We had 4 tapas style dishes and shared. The mini fondue was good. The eggs and bacon made me fall in love with Corsican bacon! The lamb with figs was a winner too. The tart tatin made my husband emotional it was so good! Ha ha

Great reception, a friendly waiter and good advice....a kitchen where you discover the Corsican flavors of the entrance to dessert. A must-see culinary stop if you come to Bonifacio! an immersion with this beautiful island both by flavors and by decor!
