The food I could not fault, however the customer service needs improvement. Not a single member of staff asked if we wanted to eat in or takeaway. We received our food and proceeded to the seating area to eat. During our meal we were approached by a member of staff who loudly stated that it is unfair that we are eating inside as we had not paid the fee which was not made apparent to ourselves. We promptly and politely asked if we could pay the fee to eat inside but we were refused by the staff member and asked to leave. A very strange outcome and clearly the business needs to get their act together and improve the customer experience, I hope they take this on board.
