Really disappointed with the customer service at this store. When my pick up order was late I called to cancel and was on hold for over 10 minutes. The person I spoke with was incredibly unhelpful and informed me that everyone doing pick up orders left for the day (despite the window for pick up still being open) and refused to connect me with a manager to address my issue. I was placed on hold and eventually hung up on. When I called back, the supervisor for the store (Samuel) informed me he could not help me even before I told him my issue.

Their manager told me she was 100% sure my chuck would ring up for the sale price of 7.99 per pound and when I got to the checkout it rang up at 8.49 I told the attendant and they acted like I was lying to them or something. Disappointing.

This location has the worst bakery I've seen for making cakes. First time I waited over a half hour for someone to even help me. Second time I showed up and it was not even made. I would not recommend this location for bakery.

What is going on?!!! Many trips there are no clerks. The line long and 20 minutes in line. Took a video but it failed. Duh!

The store has ample amounts of good produce and meats plus other commodities.
