Absolutely beautiful service! Was very fast! We have made our order and I paid with my bank card and got the entrance, the second I have come to the right from the way of order already! I was so shocked (as soon it came, I literally had no time to react! So nice staff and service!! Regarding the food my girlfriend and I tried the vegan burger for the first time, we have waited since they first announced it was so very eager to give it a try... We were definitely not disappointed!! It tastes better than we thought it would! The same amazing spices and taste you usually get, but no meat! The vegan Mayo was perfect with the burger! Most places do not even have vegan Mayo, so that was a nice touch! Would it get 100% back when I go back! My only drawback for eating is that the frits are not vegan as they are cooked in the same oil as the chicken (I ate the frits myself, as I am not vegan, slowly get into them! . I recommend if you are vegan, try the corn on the cob? Or any other page, I definitely recommend asking them before whether it is 100% vegan! 10/10!!!
By far the best KFC I had. The food should be a certain standard anyway, but here it was hot, nice and crisp, without coming a half gallon fat like other I had. The food was approx. 18 seconds after I paid, with a smile. Also very good when cleaning the tables, another mistake from many! You could see that the team actually works together, and ok is just a KFC, but it was cool to watch to be honest. Fast food as it should be!
My dad and I went midweek to order and collect some food for several family members. I ordered on the self service machines (which were great and very quick easy to use) however it was a very long slow wait to actually recieve our order with priority going to Uber Eats and the like. When we got home we noticed some Items had been given wrongly and others missed altogether. I'm not sure I would visit in person again.
It's KFC, do I need to say more? Staff are generally happy to help and to be honest they gave me a huge selection of sauces with my boneless banquet meal so that kept me happy! We went through the drive through so can't comment on the atmosphere inside but it looked busy. Service was quick and easy as you might expect at a fast food restaurant!
