Kfc - Reservar uma mesa

Ordered through drive up cause nobody would answer phone to c if open or not . Ordered a 12 piece chicken bucket and 3 sides $45 worth of food , had 8 pieces of chicken, the sides wasn't right . Couldn't call them back to explain had to drive 7 miles back to store to correct this problem . I will not go back to KFC again nothing but bad experiences. Guess I'll have to start going to Popeyes chicken or somewhere else . I would recommend nobody orders food from Urbana KFC it won't be right and you can't correct it , so KFC is one of the worst place to eat or get food

very terrible customer service. the journey was super long, so I went in. go to order about 5 people before me, it took about 15 or 20 minutes to put a job. then it will probably be 10 minutes to get my order

This specific KFC in champagne has let me down 3 times in a row whether it's a hard bun or an overcooked piece of chicken or old fries I was very let down I am done going to this specific place

Have to say, one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Cashiers seemed annoyed that I was placing an order and then got it wrong. Pretty disappointed.
