Kfc - Reservar uma mesa

We went through the highway tonight. We ordered our food, paid and asked to park. We waited 15-20 minutes for our food. Workers came out twice to ask us what we ordered. They finally brought our food and we went home. When we came home, my husband had given the wrong drink (it was something he couldn't drink so it went down the sink), we missed one side, and one of the meals was missing a cookie. And when I write that, I realized that they also forgot to give us straws. I tried to call the number for the restaurant, and there was no answer. I'm not gonna get food from this place again.

I've been through six times in the last couple months. Twice they have gotten the order completely wrong, and even when I order the same thing the price I am charged differs day to day. This last time it appears I was charged for the bucket meal, but didn't get any of the sides. If you call them back, the manager will fix it, but it's such a hassle to do every time. I honestly can't recommend this location.

Get your act together! This is the second time in a week I just drove off after waiting 5+ minutes for someone to take my order at the drive through. There was only one car in front of me, it was 12pm so I know you weren't even busy. Update September why do I keep giving you chances? A LINE of cars waiting, lobby is closed... anybody home?!

Do yourself a favor and not here. Like other reviews, bad customer service very few items in stock and just down right dirty restaurant floors, kitchen and dining area. Also had a set-off smell in the air. The owner of this franchise should be ashamed of himself to run such an evil restaurant. Very upset when I drove away from 25 minutes.

They forgot the bbq sauce for my wife's chicken tenders, were out of Sweet Lightning Mountain Dew, and gave me a regular chicken sandwich instead of the spicy sandwich.
