Kfc - Reservar uma mesa

Truly appalling service from this restaurant. First order a week ago had several items missing phoned and told I would receive in a few minutes an hour later nothing had arrived. Tonight half of order missing or switched rude man on the phone who said it wasn’t his problem to contact JustEat he put the phone down on me. Will never use this KFC again. They are extremely short of staff and staff they do have appear not to speak good English!

I haven’t had a KFC for quite some time and whilst the quality on this occasion was as good, the size of the portions were noticeable! Everything has reduced to almost a third of the original?? I purchased 2 pieces fries meal x two with corn (1/3 of normal corn on cob) and coleslaw (1/3 filled container) sides. Appreciate they are keeping prices down, but are cutting the portions to suit, so not a great deal after all.

Once again we get home and the 5 meals bought were 4 and wrong, even though they read it out and make out they check it, they don’t, definitely a habit they have of making sure your a meal less, when you get home they don’t answer their phone when you call them, obviously we paid for 5 and we will never get a refund, the only award they will get nominated for would be the worst KFC in Uk

What a Joke of a place waited 25 minutes for our order to get home and Find 2 parts of the order missing. Rang them to tell them and they said I would have to drive down again to pick it up or refund my money the same way.

How the hell do you let a fillet burger get sent out without any bread? You couldn’t believe it until you see it….answer your phone or do you know your service is shocking AVOiD would rather see an empty unit
