Kerby's Koney Island

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I found hair in my food! And the way that the cook and cashier handled it was terrible customer service. They don 't give refunds, which is a terrible policy because, I found hair in my food, so no, I don 't want you to remake it! I want my money back! I realized no one there is wearing a hair net, so why would I want you to remake my food? The cashier was no help because they wasn 't about to get cussed out for giving my money back which really explains how the cook (possibly the owner) treats their employees.I 've contacted Kerby 's Corporate to see if they will reach out to me about this situation, but something tells me they won 't.

Headed out to work, I stopped and ordered carry out breakfast, a farmers omelet, and pans cakes with bacon. My order was prepared and bagged very quickly. Traveled on to my destination, sat down to eat, and discovered that the bacon was left out of my order. This was very disappointing ???! I probably won't oder or dine with this establishment anymore ???!

This is my son's favorite spot. After I picked him up from school we came to Kerby's to find they were closed at 4:30. Google said they close at 7pm ?

Came here to get some coney dogs before work and the place closed 1 hour before it was supposed to .
