Keegan's Public House

I have to say that the staff is really nice! We came on a Friday night, so my complaints could just be chalked up to a busy night or potentially with new staff since people are just starting to go back out again. It has a great atmosphere, but the drinks and food left a lot to be desired. The beer on tap was flat 2/3 tries and the margarita I got tasted really bad. It also had no salt despite my specific request for salt. I chalked this up to my bad for ordering a margarita at a pub. The Moscow Mule (hard to mess up) was drinkable. The food overall was somewhere on the scale from subpar to mediocre. I did expect the shepherds pie to be better. I recommend giving them a chance because sometimes a bunch of small things going on on the back end can contribute to a fluke bad experience. However, my partner and I will probably wait a while to return.

It's not McCracken's but a pretty chill spot. Bartender (with the brown long hair) was absolutely clueless and basically stayed on the corner close to the Keegan crest chatting with what looked like regulars. Really hard to get her attention over and over and I got tired of being ignored. Finally got my drink and it was the wrong black n tan combo. If it wasn't for the woman with long blonde hair I would have left before I finished my drink. Hire better, do better.

Drove 2 hours to meet my best friend for lunch. We had AWESOME fried pickles as an appetizer? My friend had fish chips she loved....I had Rindstroganoff what I didn't, it wasn't very aromatic the meat was left in big pieces and I had only a butter knife. Also, meat was not very rare, but less rare than moderately rare. I grabbed it to go home so I could cook more. I'll definitely try it again and have a few kicked pickles?

Great little pub to have a drink and bite to eat. I stopped by for a late lunch snack and had the smothered tots. Not great for you, but definitely taste great. The service is friendly, fast and the place is full of regulars so you know it's good if they keep coming back.

Reuben egg rolls!!! They have really good food. Love the pub feel. We would go more often if it was closer. Nice neighborhood bar. Nice patio. Every year they have a huge St. Patrick's Day party.
