Kantine M101 - Reservar uma mesa

I discovered this place thanks to a local friend, and I’m grateful for that, because I hate touristic spots! I also appreciated it’s being pretty central, and yet secluded and quiet, besides it’s nice simplicity. As to food, I choose two courses (sorry, but I cannot remember the names in German… , one really good, and the other average. Price per value: average the food, definitely expensive the beverages!! But as I could experience later on, Wien is not a cheap city…

We went there after having chanced on an advertisement posted outside on the Mariahilferstrasse. Lucky we did, because tbis gem is quite hidden away in a courtyard just outside the main downtown area. The food is excellent, typical Viennese at a very reasonable price. Staff was very friendly, food was served quickly. Would definitely go there again.

In the center of the shopping street you will find a small passage and in there a nice cheap resturant with wonderful local food and other things. We ate great shnizel and you must try the risotto with the mushroom soup.

Simple but delicious food. It was warm so we could sit outside. Very good value for money. Can recommend the Spinat dumplings!

Nice food! excellent service and typical food! the dark beer is very good and the typical dessert too.
