Joey D's Pizza - Reservar uma mesa

Joey D's is great when you pick the right thing to order and horrible when you pick the wrong thing. I have a less than 50% success rate anytime I try something other than my tried and true. The good: Grandma pizza is thin, crispy and flavorful. Chicken Parm pan pizza is hearty and indulgent. The chicken is breaded and the ratio of ingredients is ideal. The bad: BBQ chicken pizza is a wet mess of a pizza. The chicken isn't breaded, the BBQ sauce isn't drizzled on top but rather ends up watered down into the cheese somehow. Maybe the addition of a huge amount of onions makes it so wet? I'm so disappointed that I can't imagine ordering again for a long time. Service: Delivery

The Buffalo chicken pizza was the best pizza I've tried. So crunchy, so fresh. The mozzarella sticks were delicious. 10/10 would be back here again. Wish they had a place this good in Virginia!
