Jimmy John's - Reservar uma mesa

I had a terrible experience at Jimmy John's that I wasn't even planning on reviewing initially. There was a long wait time despite there being no other customers, the product was not prepared properly, and there was a severe lack of customer service. I even witnessed an employee throwing receipts in the garbage and then taking them back out to place them on the counter. When I got home to eat, I found a hair in my sandwich which prompted me to write this review. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and has left me with no desire to ever go back. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I used to love JJ's but the service at this location has severely worsened. There is now always a wait of over an hour for delivery and items have been missing from my orders. I am very disappointed. I would suggest avoiding this location if possible.
