Jimmy John's - Reservar uma mesa

I put an order for delivery tonight. 35 minutes later, after I had not received my order, I called the store and they said they did not deliver to my area. They accused my company credit card, not delivered, and didn't call to say they didn't come. I ordered the delivery during the day for company dinner regularly and had no problems with delivery. I called and they told me they were too busy calling me. When I asked about the manager, I was hung up and she said she could take care of less. I called back and asked the manager to send me a credit receipt that proves that my card was credited, she said no. I usually don't write reviews, but this time after management treated me with such respect, I had to. That's more than a mistake, it was rude. I can say I'm gonna order NIE back from this store. If I couldn't give stars, I would.

I am so excited about my experience here, I live 3 miles from the store and it took them at least one hour for me to get my food. This place made me lose faith in Jimmy Johns. I've asked for the status, and I'm not treated with any respect. Jimmy Johns has always lost my family as customers.

I just picked up my online order. I wonder when the bread was baked, I guess a week ago. They have not put salads or tomatoes and even worse the bread is so hard to chew. Please serve fresh bread.

Amazing Fast kind service! I was looking at the little sandwiches sitting on the counter, she asked me if I ever tried one and then proceeds to give me one and a dip for it! Thank you!
